Safety & Health Management
WeMB considers safety and health as its top priority in all corporate business activities, and establishes and observes the following management policy on safety and health for all employees to enjoy a safe working environment.
- All members shall do their best to achieve the goal of ZERO serious disasters.
- We shall establish, implement, and inspect a safety and health system to ensure the safety and health of our employees, and continuously enhance such system.
- All executives and employees shall practice the basic principles of safety, comply with laws and regulations, and establish a safety culture to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
- We shall continuously promote safety and health prevention activities to reduce safety and health risks by predicting risk factors in the workplace in advance.
- We shall strengthen the win-win cooperation system with stakeholders, and do our best to reduce employee accidents and improve the working environment.
- We shall ensure employee participation and consultation in preventing safety accidents and preparing improvement measures, and achieve transparent safety and health management by disclosing this policy.
